Pre-Planning CGI’s
Waterlane is a Build to Rent Development in Leeds designed by Carey Jones Chapman Tolcher Architects and developed by McLaren Living.
We were approached by McLaren Living to create a series of CGI’s to help them with Planning and Funding.
McLaren wanted to show the scheme in relation to Leeds City Centre and so our solution was to commission drone photography in order to have high resolution photographic

The scheme consists of 375 new apartments of mixed size.
The CGI’s focused on the exterior amenity areas and ground and 1st floor amenities. Roof terrace areas for residents at various levels within the development are a main design feature and we were asked to showcase these in our CGI’s. A communal gymnasium at ground floor level and collaboration spaces within the main entrance lobby allows residents to meet up, work & exercise. The developments site entrance also consists of landscape features in order to soften the edges of the heavily industrialised location.
